The long stitch book was common to accountants and record keepers in 16th Century Italy. In one night, we will construct a modern variation using the long stitch method with multiple sections, adding the pages into your books. This sewing method has rows of sewing on the spine that serve as a decorative element as well as the structure.

We acknowledge the land we are meeting on is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
