There’s days when you’re staring at the page and you don’t know what to do. Number one technique: make a mark. Just do anything. Put a line right through the middle. All you’re doing is breaking the ice, getting something on the page. Once you see the page isn’t afraid to take a mark, and it calls out for you to get messy, then you can start going.
It felt utterly insane to do something that would normally take me weeks and condense it to one a day for a year. But I think the more insane it sounded I was like, ‘challenge accepted’.
What we like to promote is inclusion, diversity, compassion, and respect for any people. Our world is diverse and what makes us individuals is ultimately what can and should connect us.
