Maya is a Viet/Ukrainian illustrator based in Toronto, working across editorial, branding, and animation. She has collaborated with clients including Google, The Boston Globe, The LA Times, The Wall Street Journal, Monocle, and agencies such as Pentagram, VML/TAXI, DDB, and Minds + Assembly. Her work spans magazines, ad campaigns, and motion explainers, characterized by heartwarming storytelling, subtle detail, and carefully considered color palettes. Outside of illustration, she enjoys gaming, cooking with her partner, and exploring Ontario’s hidden gems.
